On December 1, 2016 the Court's CM/ECF System and website were modified for the Filing Fee increases.

Filing Fee Increases

At its September 2016 session, the Judicial Conference approved inflationary adjustments to fees on the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule.  These changes are effective December 1, 2016.

• Item 2 -- Fee for exemplification of any document increases to $22.00.
• Item 3 -- Fee for reproduction of an audio recording of a court proceeding increases to $31.00.
• Item 4 -- Fee for filing an amendment to the debtor's schedule of creditors, lists of creditors or mailing list increases to $31.00.
• Item 5 -- Fee for conducting a search of the bankruptcy court records increases to $31.00.
• Item 7 -- Fee for filing any document that is no related to a pending case or proceeding increases to $47.00.
• Item 19 -- Fee for filing the following motions increases to $181.00.
                            -- To terminate, annul, modify or condition the automatic stay;
                            -- To compel the abandonment of property of the estate pursuant to Rule 6007(b) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure;
                            -- To withdraw the reference of a case or proceeding under 28 U.S.C. §157(d); or
                            -- To sell property of the estate free and clear of liens under 11 U.S.C. §363(f).
