Effective this December, volunteer attorney meeting dates will be available once each month with a total of 8 appointments, 4 in person and 4 by phone.  Individuals seeking assistance must first sign up through the Self-Help Program, but available dates are listed below for your convenience. Also note for meeting requests by phone, if an attorney is not available in your first location, you may select another location.

• Wilkes-Barre (in person and by phone)
• Williamsport (by phone only)

Attorney Meeting Times: 30 min. Increments (subject to availability): 10 am thru 1:30 pm
