341(a) MEETING OF CREDITORS -- CHAPTER 11

Overview:

The §341 meeting must be set no less than 21 and no more than 40 days after the order for relief on 21 days' notice.  Where, however, the place for the meeting is not regularly staffed by the United States trustee or an assistant, the meeting may be held within 60 days after the order from relief.  Complaints to determine the dischargeability of debts must be filed within 60 days from the date of the 341 Meeting of Creditors.

Requests to reschedule a 341 Meeting of Creditors are handled by the U.S. Trustee.  Please contact the U.S. Trustee to request the 341 Meeting of Creditors be rescheduled.  The rescheduled docket event will identify who is to provide notice.
