Overview:
The Trustee, subject to court approval may assume or reject any executory contract of unexpired lease of the debtor. A party in interest may file a motion to require the trustee, debtor in possession or debtor, to determine whether to assume or reject a contract or lease.

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion, Notice of Motion, and a Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
