Overview:
A motion to extend time to object to discharge can be filed by the trustee or a party in interest to request additional time to file a complaint objecting to the discharge (523-727 complaint). 
 
This filing should be accompanied by the Motion, Notice of Motion, and Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
