Overview:
Debtor Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (DeBN) is a FREE and voluntary service that allows debtors to request delivery of court notices and orders from the bankruptcy court, through the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC), via email instead of U.S. mail.  By completing the request form, a debtor can request to have a new account created, make updates to an existing account, deactivate an existing account, or reactivate an existing account.  A separate request form must be filed for each debtor planning to enroll in the program.
