The Electronic Evidence Presentation Systems (EEPS) is available for presentation of evidence in both the Harrisburg and Wilkes-Barre courtrooms. Use of EEPS is governed by Local Rules 9070-1 (Exhibits) and 9074-1 (Remote Appearance and Witness Testimony).

Witness testimony may be presented remotely only with the prior approval of the Court in accordance with Local Rule 9074-1(b).

All electronic evidence, whether presented in-court or remotely, will be done via Zoom, and in accordance with the PROCEDURES FOR USING EEPS
