The Judicial Conference has approved changes to the federal court miscellaneous fee schedules effective June 1, 2014.

On June 1, 2014, the following fee changes will go into effect:

• Adversary complaint filing fee increases to $350.00
• Notice of removal filing fee increases to $350.00
• Chapter 7 filing fee increases to $335.00
• Chapters 9, 11 and 15 filing fees increase to $1,717.00
• Chapter 12 filing fee increases to $275.00
• Chapter 13 filing fee increases to $310.00
• Motion to sever a joint Ch. 7 case filing fee increases to $335.00
• Motion to sever a joint Ch. 9, 11 or 15 case filing fee increases to $1,717.00
• Motion to sever a joint Ch. 12 case filing fee increases to $275.00
• Motion to sever a joint Ch. 13 case filing fee increases to $310.00
