On 06/01/16 the Court revised several parts of its website impacted by local rule changes.

  • Filing Instructions:  The following filing instructions were revised.  Filing instructions can be found on our website by clicking the "Filing Instructions" button in the center of the Home page.  They are also available here

1.     After Hours Filing Procedures for Non-Electronic Filers via Facsimile

  • Guide to Docket Events and Noticing Procedures:  A revised guide that can be used as a quick desk reference for filing pleadings was posted.  This can be found on our website by clicking the "Guide to Docketing & Noticing" button in the center of our Home page.  It is also available here.
     
  • Fee Schedule:  A revised Fee Schedule was posted to include new fees for "Electronic Record Retrieval from FRC."  This can be found on the "Court Info" tab of our website and is also available here.
     
  • General Order:  The Court's Miscellaneous Order Amending Local Rules and Forms effective 06/01/2016 was posted.  This can be found on the "General Orders" page of our website and is also available here.
