Overview:
A party must file a motion to reconsider within 14 days after the entry of a judgment, order or decree.  The judge may rule on the motion ex-parte, notice for a response from parties, or set the matter for hearing.   

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion and  Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
