US TRUSTEE - REJECTION/REVOCATION OF TRUSTEE APPOINTMENT and SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE

Overview:

A trustee who has been assigned as trustee must notify the court and the United States Trustee or Bankruptcy Administrator in writing of the rejection of the office within seven days after receipt of notice of selection or that person will be deemed to have accepted that office.
