MOTION TO TURNOVER PROPERTY
 
Overview:
 
A motion may be made to the court requesting an order directing the debtor to turnover property that is non-exempt to be sold. Often filed by the Trustee it can also be filed by a debtor seeking return of repossessed property.
 

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion and Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
