OBJECTION TO DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
 

1. Click on Bankruptcy on the CM/ECF Menu Bar or place the mouse on Bankruptcy on the CM/ECF Menu Bar to receive the cascading menu selections.
    
2. The Bankruptcy Events screen displays. Click on US Trustee
    
3. The Case Number screen displays, enter the Case Number, including the hyphen, click on Find This Case or click Next
    
4. For Attorney filers this is under Plan menu.
   
                  For US Trustee filers this is under US Trustee menu.  
                  Click in the drop down box or type in the blank box above the Available Events to find Objection to Disclosure Statement, click Next.
    
5. The pdf selection screen displays: 
   
                   See instructions for Attaching a PDF File 
                   Click Next
    
6. Select the Appropriate Event to which your event relates: 
   
                   Make the appropriate selection, click Next
    
7. The Modify As Appropriate screen displays, click Next.
    
8. The Final Text screen displays, click Next.
    
9. The Notice of Electronic Filing screen displays.
