Late Opening - Wilkes-Barre Courthouse

Due to inclement weather, Tuesday December 2, 2025:

* The Bankruptcy Clerk's Office in Wilkes-Barre is closed. The Court is available via phone. Subject to applicable court rules, attorneys can continue to file documents using CM/ECF and self-represented parties can file documents using EDSS.

* The Harrisburg Courthouse will open at 10:00 AM and hearings will start at 10:30 AM.
