MOTION TO CONDUCT 341 MEETING OF CREDITORS BY TELEPHONE
 
Overview:
 

Movant must acquire Trustee's concurrence.  If concurrence is reached a motion is not necessary.  Movant must notice all creditors of the telephonic date.

A Motion filed without concurrence should be accompanied by the Motion, Notice of Motion, and Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
