Overview:
 
A motion to confirm termination or absence of stay may be filed to verify the debtor does not have the protection of the automatic stay per 11. U.S.C. Section 362(c)(3) and (4).
 
This filing should be accompanied by the Motion and Proposed Order. When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
