Please take notice that the hearings scheduled for 9:30 a.m. today, January 17, 2018 in front of the Honorable Henry W. Van Eck in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania will take place as scheduled.  However, due to inclement weather, late requests for continuance will be entertained and no matter will be dismissed for want of prosecution if the failure to appear is a result of delays caused by the weather.  Counsel and all parties are encouraged to use their best judgement regarding their ability to safely travel to and attend today's hearings.
