A district-wide Order has been entered in 5-04-mp-50010 amending the Local Rules and Forms for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania effective December 1, 2017.
Please note that on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2017 from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts will be performing some systems maintenance that will cause intermittent outages for the Court's CM/ECF system.
There have been significant revisions to the Court's Administrative Procedures applicable to Electronic Case Filing. The new procedures are available on the Court's website REVISIONS TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES FOR ELECTRONIC CASE FILING. Pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 5005-1(a), all parties electronically filing with the court must comply with these Administrative Procedures. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with these updated requirements.
